The non-profit association PEHR INTERNATIONAL – a Swedish non-profit organization, C.I.N. 802546-5934 (hereafter referred to as PEHR or the Association) is the controller for the processing of personal data that takes place within the scope of the Association’s operations
The Association’s objective is to carry out non-profit humanitarian and development work and to provide financial assistance in Sweden and internationally, on a religiously and politically independent basis.
In order for the Association to carry out its activities, personal data is processed for various purposes related to its operations.
The Association processes personal data to manage its ongoing activities (such as member meetings), to communicate with members (invitations and information), to handle member-related financial matters (membership fees, etc.), and to administer employees and elected representatives.
The Association also processes personal data as part of applications for public funding and grants.

PEHR will annually assess whether the purpose of the processing of personal data is still applicable. If the purpose of the processing of personal data is no longer applicable, the data will be erased.
As a registered member of PEHR, you have several rights that you should be aware of.
You have the right to obtain a register extract regarding PEHR’s processing of your personal data. Upon request for a register extract, the Association shall
provide you with a copy of the personal data being processed. The Association may charge you a reasonable fee based on administrative expenses should you request any additional copies.
You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, and you have the right to limit the processing of the personal data until it has been corrected.
You also have the right to withdraw you consent, object to automated decision-making, profiling and object to direct marketing.
You can exercise your rights at any time by requesting access to and rectification or erasure of personal data, request limitations to the processing or object to processing. Contact the board to exercise your rights.
